About puerto Rican kikiriki

Kikiriki

The Kikiriki originate from Puerto Rico. They are the smallest breed of chicken. Its not official, because the Serama breed are officially recognized as the smallest breed of chicken. The Kikiriki is smaller than the Seramas.

They come in various colors, patterns and in variety of style. Like some are Naked Necks, rumpless, some with beards, a fluffy cheeks some with a vaulted skull making them a bone head in which some call bone toppy.

Newest Addition to the Ranchito

I had said to myself no more chickens, but not sure what happened. I am now hooked.. They are just too cute and so little. I have two sizes, the medium length leg and the Short leg size.

As adults the medium size are basically the height of the Serama. The Short leg are smaller than the Serama breed. Most of what I have they have beards and vaulted skulls. The one in the photo is a Naked Neck, bolo he is a short legged, just look at his short legs.

Medium Length Leg

As Mentioned above the Medium length leg is the size of a Serama. They are still little and awesome breed of chicken. The one in the photo, is a Fuzzy Face, meaning he has feathers as his cheeks, and is a Toppy which means Feathers on top of his head.
